Agenda for Monthly Meetings

Based on the feedback derived from the session conducted in the month of November, we have decided to structure the meetings to get more from them. A structure is a good way forward, as it will keep the meetings focused, and the learning on track. This is also a great way for members to plan which meetings they should attend, in spite of their busy schedules.

The LEARNING SESSIONS for the Monthly meetings would be planned based on the following

1st Meeting of the Month will be based on ATTITUDE (WHO you are and HOW you THINK)

5th Meeting (Jan, Apr, July, Oct, Dec) – FUN AND GAMES, and Review of GCF

The agenda for the 5th Meetings will be planned entirely by the Entertainment Officer. Each meeting could also have 5 or 10 minutes dedicated to jokes, or interesting anecdotes. These will have to be incorporated based on the agenda for each meeting.

Overall, the meetings will be flexible and planned by the committee one month in advance. The roster of the meetings will be circulated in advance, so that members can block speaking slots for themselves. The idea is also to map the progress of the members, so that each member will get some direct, tangible benefit from attending the meetings regularly. Scheduling of these meetings will also enable members to determine which meeting they surely must attend. For example, if someone is particularly interested in Leadership, it is important that they decide to meet for the 4th Meeting of the month.
